Before any construction can commence across the province of Ontario including the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), a building permit is required from the relevant municipality. To obtain this permit, all technical drawings must first be provided by a qualified Architect/Designer as per the City’s regulations and the Ontario Building Code (OBC).
